Attorney La-Zondra C. Randolph is a graduate of Florida A&M University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education. She also earned her Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University, College of Law. 

​

Since November 2012, she has operated a thriving law practice in the areas of family law, personal injury, probate, guardianship, estate planning, and intellectual property. Notably, she served as a Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter, National Bar Association (VHFCNBA) Fellow 2013-2017, Director 2019-2022, and Foundation President 2022-current, performing over 5,000 pro bono hours. Her dedication led to her position as an adjunct professor at FAMU College of Law (2014).

Beyond her legal endeavors, Attorney Randolph founded The LCR Project, an innovative 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. She has successfully provided over 200 individuals and families with much needed resources and services through The LCR Project’s initiatives.

 

Attorney Randolph also co-owns Kalon Karisma Hair and Beauty. She is building a beauty conglomerate to assist other African American entrepreneurs looking to excel in the beauty industry. 

​

Attorney Randolph has been featured in Horizon West Lifestyle Magazine, Living in Orlando Magazine, Orlando Voyager, CanvasRebel, The HBCU Magazine, Ebony Black Excellence, Wesh 2 News, News 13, Cizzle Podcast, and Diversified Game Podcast. She has also been a radio personality on WAIG 106.3fm and The Dee Lee Show.

She has been the recipient of several awards such as Orlando Magic Diversity Game Changer, Orlando Magic Black History Small Business Spotlight, African American Women’s History Month Project Honoree, Experience Christian Center’s Power Player, Experience Christian Center’s Award of Gratitude, East Chicago Public Library Black Excellence, Calumet Legends, Steps of Excellence, and National Black Lawyers Top 40 under 40.
